We work hard to ensure your loan application goes smoothly and 99% of the time your applications can be processed in a minute. Like any technology there are occasionally hitches and glitches. We’ve put together some quick fixes you can try yourself if problems occur.

The screen freezes when you’re filling in the form

Sometimes it just needs a little time to match your details with lenders who can help you. 10 to 30 seconds isn’t too long if you remember we’re searching 100s of lenders. Scroll to the end of the page you’ll see a ‘timer’ image that shows that the application is being processed and that we’re searching all of our lenders for you. If you see a timer image you’ll be connected with the lender..

If the screen is still frozen and nothing is happening

If nothing happens after 30 seconds then we’ve hit a glitch and we’re sorry to say you’ll need to start again. Clicking the ‘Back’ button on your browser should take you back to the previous page with all the information you entered still on the form. If that’s the case simply click ‘Submit’ once again.If the information has gone then your application will not have been sent and you’ll have to start again. It rarely happens, but when it does we know how frustrating it can be. Try again and we match your details with our lenders right away.

Why does this happen?

Sometimes it’s due to a poor broadband connection, sometimes its because thousands of people are applying at the same time and sometimes it’s just one of those things that happens with computers, websites and internet connections.

Problems with iPhones and Smart Phones

While losing connection during application is rare, it happens most often when our customers apply on their phones. If application fails when using your phone try again from a computer and everything should progress smoothly.

What happens to the information entered on the form when application fails

If the application won’t send then our lenders don’t receive it, in fact no one receives it. Your details are safe because they have not left your computer and when you apply again it does not mean you have applied twice. You’ll know when your application has been received by a lender as you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes of submitting your form.
    • No confirmation email means no application has been made

Always check your details on the form before sending

We’ve made our application form as user friendly as possible because we know no one enjoys filling in forms. Take a few seconds once you’ve completed it to ensure you’ve filled in all the required sections or fields.
    • If you don’t fill the required fields then your quick loan application can’t be processed.
